SYNOPSIS:-Plain clothes police inspector, Kapil witnessed his younger brother, Bantu die as a result of drug abuse, when he goes into the outer world he also witnessed another murder, the brutal gundown of his friend, Albert Pinto by local gangsters. He remembers the face of these gangsters and vows to put an end to there lives but he is not permitted to break the law. He then travels to Goa in search of these gangsters and manage to endued the police, every where he goes he kept on hearing about these deadly drugs - brown sugar and cocaine. With the help of a local club danger, Jojo he swears to rid the country of these poison and to average his friend's death by hook or by crook.
